Gerrard Excavating has served builders and developers along Colorado’s Northern Front Range since 1984. In the beginning, the family-owned business specialized in excavating foundations and grading small construction sites. Proud of its commitment to quality and excellence, Gerrard grew to become one of the region’s largest infrastructure and site prep development contractors.

The firm’s commitment to stewardship goes well beyond the norm. They are rebuilding quality of life for Colorado residents who’ve become victims of weather related disasters. A prime example – and the greatest challenge to Gerrard Excavating occurred in September 2013 from flooding resulting in one of the most devastating natural disasters in Colorado’s history.

For contributions to our quality of life, Gerrard Excavating will be recognized at North America’s largest construction equipment trade show, CONEXPO-CON/AGG.
